Rental Terms & Conditions

Below is a summary of some of our primary rental terms and conditions.  Upon request, we will send you a complete copy of all of the rental terms and conditions for your review prior to any payments being made.

Pricing
All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars.  Until a reservation is confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice. 

Payments
All payments must be made in US dollars unless arrangements are made in advance.  Acceptable forms of payment include cheque or money order.  We also accept payment by major credit card or through Paypal subject to a 4% convenience fee. 

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Once your retainer is received and a booking is confirmed, your retainer is non-refundable.  We will work with you to accommodate any change requests or cancellations you might need to make in an effort to reduce/eliminate your previously made payments as best we can.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m. local time.  Check-out time is 10 a.m. local time.

Pets
For the enjoyment of all resort guests, pets are strictly forbidden.

Smoking
Smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited.

Cleaning
All rentals are subject to a departure cleaning charge.  Please see Gran Bahama or San Salvador rates for the current departure cleaning charge.   Daily service is available for an additional cost.  Please ask for details.

Code of Conduct
The renter is responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of the villa at all times as well as the proper conduct of all guests while on the resort.
