Our main balcony overlooks the central pond on the property and provides the perfect spot for a sunrise breakfast. The balcony has a table and four chairs along with hooks to hang your wet towels after a day at the pool!
In addition to the main balcony located off the master bedroom, we also have a smaller private balcony located off the queen bedroom. The balcony has two chairs and a small table so that you can relax outside in the Florida sunshine.
Our master bedroom features a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, dresser and a work desk. A patio door leads to the balcony and the master also has a private walk-in closet.
Relax in the well-appointed living room that features a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. Comfortable seating includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and a patio door leads to the balcony.
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and 32" flat screen TV. In addition, guests staying in the queen room have a private balcony and direct access to a Jack and Jill washroom that is shared with the twin beds bedroom.
Enjoy a relaxing bath in a soaker tub big enough for two, or wash away the day in the oversized glass shower. Other amenities include his and hers sinks and a private water closet.
Our glass dining table has ample room for six and the breakfast bar can seat two more. The villa comes fully stocked with dishes and cutlery for eight, whether you're having a quick breakfast or a family dinner.
The Jack and Jill bathroom provides easy access from both the queen bedroom as well as the twin beds bedroom. Here you will find a glass shower and soaker tub along with two sinks.
The twin beds bedroom offers accommodations for two more children or adults. A large closet, dresser and 32" flat screen TV complete the room.
The kitchen has all of the conveniences that you would expect at home. In addition to place settings for eight, there's a full set of knives, serving utensils, toaster, blender and coffee maker.
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer a full-sized washer and dryer in our unit.
